In Sant’Agnello, on the Sorrento peninsula, appetite comes with eating and...studying: at the Esperidi Resort, the Sorrento Cooking School offers daily cooking classes in English from April to October taught by Italian chefs assisted by simultaneous mother tongued interpreters. In a single day (the lesson lasts about three hours including tasting) you will learn to prepare a typical local meal made up of 4 dishes (appetizer, first course, second course and dessert), representative of typical Italian Mediterranean cuisine.
Special focus will obviously be on pizza and pasta in their countless varieties! At the end of the lesson, students can relax around the table and enjoy the delicacies they prepared during the cooking class, accompanied by local wines.
