Extras

• For week-long stays there is a mandatory surcharge of €100.00 which includes:

- daily cleaning of the apartment

- daily changing of bath towels

- changing of bed sheets every 3 days

- final cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay

- 1 parking spot in covered garage

- pool access with use of chairs

- use of hot showers at the pool

- towels available at the pool

- free use of internet

How to Reserve

- complete the RESERVATION FORM, which will be sent to you.

- A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required, to be paid upon confirmation, by bank transfer (we will send you the information), credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or postal order addressed to: Esperidi Resort, Viale dei Pini 52, Sant’Agnello – 80065 (Naples). Specify your stay and the type of room reserved.

- the amount is due at the end of the term of cancellation without penalty (see below).

- if you pay with a bank transfer, you must send a copy of this by fax at 081.878.50.22 within 48 hours of reservation, after which the reservation will automatically be canceled.

Cancellations

• Terms of cancellation without penalty:

- 3 days before your arrival date in the months of April and October

- 7 days before your arrival date in the months of May, June and September

- 14 days before your arrival date in the month of July

- 21 days before your arrival date in the month of August

- Cancellations received within these terms are subject to a 100% refund of the deposit by bank transfer. A fixed fee of € 50.00 will be charged.

- Cancellations received outside of these terms are subject to a penalty of 100%.

- for missed arrivals and early departures a 100% penalty will be applied.
