- Supplements
- • Final cleaning : € 50 per week
- Restrictions
- • Pets are not allowed
- • We do not have a children's pool, therefore we prefer children to be over 5 years of age
- • For all room types ( except chalets and standard bungalows ) we require a 7 - night - minimum - stay from either friday or saturday from may to september
- • In august we require a 7 - night - minimum stay from saturday to saturday for the wooden style chalets

- • All enquiries and bookings must be done via e-mail at the address

- How to fix the booking
- • A 30% down payment is requested upon confirmation
- • You can pay the deposit by credit card or by bank transfer
- • If you will pay the deposit by bank transfer an email with our bank details will follow to your request
- • The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival
- Cancellations
- • Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to arrival
- • If you cancel within this term you will get your money back - a fix reservation fee of € 100
