• for weekly stays only there is an extra charge of € 50,00 per apartment (not applied to standard bungalows), due for final cleaning

Reductions

• all our guests will benefit of a 20% discount on our cooking lessons’ price (€ 70,00 – 20% = € 56,00 per person)

Bookings

• we require a 30% down payment upon confirmation. The balance is due within 21 days prior to arrival

Method of payment

• deposit and balance can be settled by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or by bank transfer

Cancellations

• our cancellation term is 21 days prior to arrival. Out of this term there is a 100% penalty applied to all cancellations received. Cancellations are accepted only by fax at + 39 081 8785022
